La Fuente came to Trifecta looking to revitalize their website with a new and improved look and feel. Since they wanted to post information to the Internet as quickly as possible, La Fuente wanted the ability to easily edit their own site without the assistance of a web developer. Also because much of their target audience speak Spanish, their site must have a Spanish counterpart.
Trifecta designed a new template and powered the site with Expression Engine, a content management system built on the LAMP stack and is known for customizability. With Expression Engine we were able to provide La Fuente with an administration panel where they can easily edit any portion of their website. One of the core requirements was internationalization, since their website absolutely needed easy access to the Spanish version of the website. Trifecta solved the problem by modifying the administration panel to be able to add both Spanish and English content for a single page on the same edit form. This solution helped streamline their update workflow and post more timely content to the website.

Jim Ikhide three offices and needed all of them to be networked together and operational. Jackson Hewitt has a set of technology guidelines for the servers and the workstations used for each office and this owner needed technical expertise to come in, understand the requirements, and implement them efficiently.
Trifecta was able to not only resolve all immediate issues on their network that was preventing operation at three of their locations, we also provided a innovative solution that ensures future rapid technical support at any computer terminal in the client's network. We connected all of their computers to a remote access service that enabled our technicians to fix computer issues without a site visit.

NELP
National Employment Law Project (NELP)

NELP was hiring several lawyers and interns and needed additional technical help supporting the new employees. They needed to order computers and set up new office space to accommodate the increase in the work force. This hiring surge also occurred during a company-wide upgrade to Windows 7. NELP asked for advice on how to manage these projects and still keep the office running. They also needed advice on several other issues, ranging from which ISP should they choose for their new office to how to manage 50 employees in 6+ locations who are all could travel away from their home offices.
Trifecta proposed sending a consultant to handle the additional load. The consultant in addition to helping out with the increased day to day load also conducted research concerning a number of inactive NELP IT projects. The consultant was able to secure a contract with a reputable ISP that met NELP's budget. The consultant also noticed that some of their IT processes could be refined and proposed writing technical manuals and processes so that employees would have a self help resource to solve their own issues. Because of Trifecta efforts, a number of projects were able to be completed ahead of schedule.

Saint Delivery contacted Trifecta for guidance on how to build their e-commerce front end that would be the face of their business. They were a startup that wanted to get their product to market as soon as possible, but needed the expertise to create and launch the website.
Trifecta provided end to end development, not only designing the website but powering the e-commerce website and ensuring that security is handled correctly. The content management system powering the site also offers detailed reporting services that Saint Delivery relies on for daily operation.

Trifecta notified J.T. Bruce that we could handle all of those services for him. Trifecta provided the design, development, hosting, and search engine optimization for J.T. Bruce & Associates, as well as provided an industry class content management system to enable easy management of the website. We also added Google Analytics to provide web statistics services to the site in order to better track marketing and promotion efforts for the site.
