Bukola Ashaolu, Chief Executive Officer

Bukola M. Ashaolu is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Trifecta Tech Inc. Bukola along with the CTO devises strategies and formulates policies to ensure that Trifecta's goals and objectives are met. Bukola also oversees budgets and ensures that resources are used properly and programs are carried out as planned. Bukola is currently our lead consultant in IT Management.

Bukola has several years of experience in the field of IT Management as she is also the IT Systems Manager for the National Employment Law Project (NELP). NELP is a nationwide non-profit organization working with and in support of worker rights and economic security. In partnership with national, state and local allies, NELP promotes policies and programs that create good jobs, strengthen upward mobility, enforce hard-won worker rights, and help unemployed workers regain their economic footing through improved benefits and services. Bukola has been with NELP for over 10 years and continues to support their multi-office organization by determining both technical and organizational goals in consultation with management and developing and implementing strategies to accomplish those goals.

Kay Ashaolu, Chief Technology Officer

Kay Ashaolu is the current CTO of Trifecta Tech and manages all things technical at Trifecta, including our internal applications, web servers, and software application ventures. He also serves as our lead software development and user experience consultant. In his time at Trifecta he has maintained several clients’ web applications hosted on Trifecta’s own servers, developed innovative applications using web technologies, and consulted corporations on user experience issues surrounding their current product offerings. He also actively works on Trifecta’s internal products that Trifecta is looking to bring to the public. As CTO Kay ensures that Trifecta and its clients are always in the forefront of the technological landscape.

Kay graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Computer Systems and Software. Upon graduation he worked at Morgan Stanley as an Information Technology Associate before moving in his full time role at Trifecta Tech. Kay has years of experience working in technology on Wall Street, working for both Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley developing and maintaining their web applications as well as advising their project leaders on user interface issues. Kay has extended his expertise at Trifecta by developing several web sites and web applications and working with clientele from various different kinds of companies, including non-profits, startup ventures, established small businesses, and corporations.

Samantha Cai, VP of Business Development

Samantha Cai joined our company in early 2009 as our expert in marketing and business development. She consults with Trifecta on how to best serve businesses and organizations with the services that we provide. She is involved with various internal projects that improve Trifecta and our services to our clients.

Samantha graduated from Princeton University with a degree in East Asian Studies and a certificate in Finance. After graduation, Samantha began her career in executive recruitment. She finds top technical and quantitative talent for leading financial firms throughout the New York City area. She also serves as an account manager, cultivating strong relationships with her clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements to successfully address hiring needs.

Ty Ashaolu, Network/Infrastructure Administration Expert

Oluwatayo "Ty" Ashaolu is one of the founders of Trifecta and takes great pride in the progress of the company from a personal and professional standpoint. Currently he serves as our Network/Infrastructure Administration Expert. From personal to enterprise technology, he provides the tools and experience in helping people get and stay connected to the world around us. Ty also works alongside the VP of Business Development in handling the social networking and information stream of the company in order to expand our presence on the World Wide Web.

Ty's career has been one thus far that has been fulfilling as well as rewarding. He has had the pleasure of being a lead Network Administrator at the New York City Department of Education for several years. Ty has handled the intricacies of managing several multi-site departments and schools not only on a local level but regionally as well. Ty's responsibilities stemmed not only in overseeing computer systems but also in conducting training sessions on the basics of network administration and IT management. Ty has educated administrators as well as youths in understanding and applying various technologies to incorporate to elevate their daily lives. He has had to manage a budget in the millions of dollars dedicated to technology efforts throughout the city.
